• WB ROPA 2019 is applicable from 1st January 2020.
• Pay has been fixed notionally from 01.01.2016.
• No arrear salary has been announced here.
• No DA has been announced here.
• New revised HRA has been set to 12%.
• Maximum HRA allowance is capped at Rs.12000.
• 2.57 Multiplier factor has been taken into consideration.
• Medical Allowance has been increased to Rs.500.
• Default increment is set to July every year.
