The Pension Branch, Finance Department of Government of West Bengal has published, its reports on ROPA 2019 For Pensioners/WB Pension/WBPension vide Notification No- 535–F(Pen) Dated 01.10.2019. Based on the recommendation of the 6th Pay Commission.
Kanyashree Prakalpa or Kanyashree Scheme was introduced by the Government of West Bengal in October 2013 for the adolescent girls across the state of West Bengal. This Prakalpa or Scheme is solely meant for economically backward teenage girls with a view to uplifting their status both socially & economically.
Every year the Labour Department, Government of West Bengal fixes the Minimum Wages in West Bengal for the employees of different sectors across West Bengal. The Minimum Wages in West Bengal is fixed twice every year effective from January to June and July to December.
The West Bengal Integrated Financial Management System is popularly known as WBIFMS. This is needless to say that this WBiFMS is the pride of the Finance Department of the Government of West Bengal since April 2014.
